UpdateGenerator.ini will be saved in the main folder (where the .exe is stored).
Another question: Where do you start wsusou from? Where did you save it? Maybe your user does not have the rights to write to that directory.

Could it be you're trying to run it from inside the ZIP archive (aka "Compressed folder" in Windows - the one with the zipper)? All files of WSUSOU need to be extracted to a true directory, running from the archive will never work!I start wsusou from the desktop?
