I got this message by starting starting the actual update generator for W100 glb. The last catalog update was from 23.02.2019. Pls. find below details from the log file.

Please remove the files wsusoffline\client\wsus\wsusscn2.cab and wsusoffline\client\md\hashes-wsus.txt and try again.

Also, since something (hashdeep?) complains about a specific offset in wsusscn2.cab, please check the file-system with chkdsk and the SMART values of your disk (e.g. with CrystalDiskInfo (ZIP)).

Thanks for your help. I checked the file system and there was fortunately no errors found (SMART values are OK too).

The download starts after moving suggested files. I will come back after all downloads are done.

The catalog file wsusscn2.cab may have been corrupted previously.

My error was with all downloads.
The last attempt was with a .cmd file.

Please try without /includewddefs. The Windows Defender signature files are updated every couple of hours, and are delivered via CDN (Content Delivery Network), so chances are pretty high that these files seem to be downloaded properly but actually aren't, and thus their signature can't be verified.

Also, please run only one of the commands of your batch file, and do so in an open command prompt, and try to catch the error on the CMD (because the log file is not really helpful in this case).

I finally managed to get it to work.By removing the "/includedotnet" from all the downloads eg.

This didn't work.
