Success but Failure

Hello, first of all let me thank you for this software, it is an excellent idea, but to my issue. I am trying to patch an offline 2008 R2 server. Everything processes fine on install and I am prompted to reboot however after reboot nothing or just a couple out of the 110 packs install. When I run the installer again it tries with the same result. It is now to a point where no updates will install via the batch file or application but the logs show nothing but success. Even reviewing installed updates does not show any further successes or failures.

Also I am sorry I know having the logs would be helpful but for this particular system I am unable to get logs off of it for security reasons. Is there anything within the logs I could be missing? Any specific keywords I could search for to try and identify any issues?

Could you post C:\Windows\wsusofflineupdate.log (and censor it, if required)?
It just contains system version information and the return times and codes.
