disable automatic reboot and recall

Postby imthenachoman » 27.09.2016, 13:13

I am using the latest veresion (10.8) however it seems to get stuck on "Listing ids of missing updates". I have tried rebooting numerous times and even after 20+ hours each time it is stuck.

When I started the process I checked the "Automatic reboot and recall" option. So now every time I reboot it boots into a the WSU account and starts the update process (but gets stuck).

How can I stop this from happening? I would like to remove that account and stop the updater from automatically starting on reboot.

Thank you!

Hi.

Please execute "CleanupRecall.cmd" from ...\client\cmd or %SystemRoot%\Temp\WOURecall.
