Two Laptops stuck updating on KB2533623

I have two laptops with fresh Windows 7 Pro installations (one 32-bit and one 64-bit), and whenever I try to update the laptops through WSUS Offline Updater, they both get stuck on "Installing ..w61\glb\Windows6.1-KB2533623-(x86/x64).msu"

Is this normal? I have kept both laptops on for at least an hour now and neither has moved past this point.

please disable Windows update (set it to never search for updates), reboot and try running our program again. Reboot and re-run it if requested. Afterwards re-enable Windows update to former state.
