.NET 4.6.2 w2k8r2

Bei einem frisch aufgesetzten w2k8r2 schlägt die automatische Installation von .NET 4.6.2 fehl. Manuell (Doppelklick auf die EXE) funktioniert jedoch einwandfrei.
Die von wsusou verwendete Kommandozeile & der Rückgabewert waren:
.NET 4.6.2: "/passive /norestart /lcid 1033"; errorlevel -2146762486 bzw. 0x800B010A
LP: "/passive /norestart"; errorlevel: 5100
Habe mir den Fehler noch nicht weiter angesehen.

die errorlevel: 5100 Angabe hatte ich auch bei zwei Installationen auf Systemen mit w63_x64. Das Merkwürdige dabei ist, dass nach dem Reboot die Installation jedoch als erfolgreich unter den installierten Updates gemeldet wird. Ursache hierfür ist offenbar, dass bei einer fehlgeschlagenen Installation des .Net 4.6.2 oder der Sprachdatei die Installation nach dem Reboot neu gestartet oder fortgesetzt wird, bevor bzw. während Windows startet. Besonders auffällig war dieses Verhalten bei einer dritten w6.3-Maschine, bei der ich .Net 4.6.2 manuell installieren wollte. Da die Installation lange keinen Fortschritt zeigte, hatte ich ungeduldig die Installation abgebrochen. Im Installationsfenster wurde der Abbruch auch angezeigt (...rollback ...). Am nächsten Tag wollte ich die Installation nachholen, musste aber bei einem kurzen Blick in die Liste der installierten Updates feststellen, dass das KB3151864 schon installiert war!

Das ist schon doll! Ich sage: "Installation abbrechen" und M$ sagt: "Nö, mache ich trotzdem". Die Sitten werden rauer, nicht nur bei w100.

Frage ist, warum wsusou es nicht schafft, .NET upzudaten, es manuell aber einwandfrei funktioniert.

Hast Du mal versucht, nach einem reboot nachzusehen, ob die Installation wirklich nicht erfolgreich war?
Das dem so ist, ist ja, was mich so so erstaunt! Erst die Fehlermeldung und anschließend trotzdem alles "in bester Butter"

I don't understand what you said in German, but I think I just got the same problem with Windows 7 x64.

I retried it after the 149 updates, and it installed OK.

Correct, but intended. This prevents the setup from downloading the language pack.
Also: It works on all of my client-Systems (Win XP, Win 7, Win 8, Win 8.1).

As I noticed, the installation of .NET 4.6.2 needs a valid certificate chain.
If not present, like on "naked" W7 systems, an Internet connection is needed during .NET installation.

I've also encountered this problem on a newly installed w2k8r2.
I suppose the problem is in the new root certificate ("Microsoft Root Certificate Authority 2011"), which IS installed by WSUS Offline Update, but AFTER an attempt to install .NET 4.6.2.
So after WOU completion .NET can be successfully installed either manually or via running WOU again.
Workaround: run WOU with .NET option unticked, then run again with it ticked. Works without any errors (except missing update kb2813347, though it's a different story, I think).
But, of course, it would be better to correct the installation sequence in WOU itself, so everything could be installed in one pass.
I don't know exactly which update installs necessary certificate, but I have a log file and a couple of screenshots which can be helpful. Certificate appeared in MMC after fourth reboot, between 13:35:15 and 13:36:24.

P.S. Time stamps in a log file are a bit strange (14:10 goes after 14:45), because server switched time zone during update (Moscow time zone was changed after w2k8r2 release).
