It's a common problem ATM (and noone knows why).
Please close the cmd-window and manually install the file. Then reboot and try again.

Thank you for your swift reply. Would you be so kind to link me to a manual how to install it manually or explain it to someone who has no expirience? Thank yo!

Simply go to the path the Windows6.1-KB2533623-x64.msu is in (w61-x64\glb) and double-click it.

Thank you, however, that does not work for me, it is still stuck, please see attachment. Little background to how I got here. Bought laptop to write thesis, installed ms office, cannot open because of "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer", did the recommended Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (64-bit) unistall and re-install, did not work. Then it also said that all updates need to be installed, but the usual windows updates are always stuck downloading or installing and in update history almost everything failed or was unsuccessful. I tried all the usual fixes (deleting the files in software distribution...) and also installed a standalone windows updater (in the screenshot) and nothing worked. I just want to make ms office work
