Logs in C: drive after WSUS installation

Hi! So I just installed my first line of updates from WSUS Offline. And now I found a bunch of folders in my C:// drive that I haven't seen before (see below image). I'm assuming they're logs from the previous failed updates that I've tried before, also from WSUS (brief background: my WSUS offline update hanged and I had to cancel previous update attempts). Can I just delete them? If so, which are the ones I should delete?

Looks like your attachment failed.

If the directories have long, random names, they are usually temporary unpacked files from the patches that can be deleted. Such temporary items are created on the drive with the most space left.

Here's the image I was trying to show. They have "small locks" in the folder icon and I'm not so sure what it means.

small lock means it has ambiguous ACL. If Windows will say you don't have permissions to remove them, take ownership of these folders and give yourself full access.

Could you post a screenshot of the content of one of those directories. These are most likely temporary installation files, but just to make sure...

I can actually access the folders. Here's a picture of what's inside both "padlocked" and "non-padlocked" ones. I'm using Windows 7 Home Basic as my OS.

Is it okay to delete them?
