ERROR: Medium neither supports your Windows...

Hi all,

Using WSUS Offline 10.5, I have created separate ISOs and Directories for the 64 bit versions of Win 7, 8.1 and 10.

The win 7 updates work okay with a lot of restarting. But Win 8.1 and 10 updates give the following error:

ERROR: Medium neither supports your Windows nor your Office version.

This also happens with the Office 2016 Update I created.

What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions?

Could you please post the last part of C:\windows\wsusofflineupdate.log in [code]-tags?

Hi Aker,

There is no file by that name in my C:]windows folder. Is this log file created when creating the update ISOs etc. or when installing the updates.

That log is created/appended to when installing. The downloader uses its own ./log subdirectory.
