Download Windows 2000 Updates in 2016

Are the updates for Windows 2000 still available on Microsoft's servers? And if not, does that mean that WSUS OU is unable to download them?

If this is the case, does anyone know of anywhere else the updates can be obtained?

this also applies to Windows 2000. I believe that it supports Professional and Server.
