Download Failure for w61 glb

Hi,
I attempted to download updates on three occasions but received a download failure error 404. My internet connection is OK.
The download txt file contains the following information:

I did read that post previously but for some reason (only known to me) I didn't think it applied to my situation.

I modified the URL's within the text file: wsusoffline\static\StaticDownloadLinks-sysinternals.txt

http://download.sysinternals.com/files/AutoLogon.zip changed to lower case http://download.sysinternals.com/files/autoLogon.zip
http://download.sysinternals.com/files/Sigcheck.zip changed to lower case http://download.sysinternals.com/files/sigcheck.zip
http://download.sysinternals.com/files/Streams.zip changed to lower case http://download.sysinternals.com/files/streams.zip

The download was successful after modifying the text file. Interestingly it worked even though I did not change the "L" in Logon to lowercase logon.
