Targets not getting Updated

I downloaded version 9.8 and can run UpdateGenerator successfully. I have a Windows 7 64-bit machine that has multiple Microsoft patches missing according to a Nessus scan. However, the client\UpdateInstaller runs but only installed one patch. I rebooted and reran UpdateInstaller to get the message that there are no missing patches\nothing more to do.

I also built a new Windows Server 2008 R2 virtual machine on VMware workstation 8.0. I ran UpdateInstaller and it installed 3 patches. This machine was also rebooted and I reran UpdateInstaller to get the same message that there are no missing patches\nothing more to do.

I don't see any error messages but the target machine are not getting the updates. Any ideas?

1) Is there a folder .\client\w61-x64\glb and does it contain files (> 150 files)?

2) Please post the content of C:\Windows\wsusofflineupdate.log in [code]-tags.

1) Yes, \client\w61-x64\glb contains 211 files using 1.99 Gbs.

Which updates are reported as missing by Windows Update? (Screenshot would be helpful)

The machine is not connected so Windows Update won't run. I tried to attach a screenshot of the missing updates as reported by a Nessus scan but I see the message that .pdf and .doc file extensions are not allowed.

You may attach a screenshot, so we can see, what kind of updates are reported as missing.
Please also run an offline scan using MBSA and post the result here.
