File integrity verification failure

WSUS Offline is a great tool, Thank You!

Yesterday I run UpdateGenerator and It downloaded the patches, finished without error.
Today when I run UpdateGenerator again (and again 3 times), It always interrupt by the errors below.
Can anyone tell me how to resolve this problem? Thanks.
The WSUS Offline version I used is 9.7.
The Windows version is Win 8.1.
