Download "Access Denied"

Periodically when I go to do an update download I get a message "Access Denied". I thought it was because I wasn't running the latest update since I received the message pop up about a new update and did I want to upgrade so I tried to download the latest update, "Access Denied" although it appears to be doing the download, when download completes it take me to the Donate website. I decided to wait a while and try again thinking the website was down or I was having a communications problem, but attempts still failed with same results.

OK, next to see if I could troubleshoot this issue I loaded a new wsusoffline that has never been run for updates before update to the latest and greatest and WALA it works and continues to work until the next time I get the "Access Denied".

I have attached a screen snap of the download window from version 9.6 with the "Access Denied". This was my last attempt where it is downloading the update. All the previous attempts to download patches looks the same with "Access Denied".

Prior to submitting this post I did a search on "Access Denied" and I did not get any hits under this topic "Download"

Sorry to bring this up at this time, but with all the hacking and personal information getting hacked these days how secure is the Donate website and process. I would most definitely like to make a donation because this utility has helped me tremendously, but I am a little leery about putting in my account information.

Looks like a problem with local permissions.
Are you logged in as admin/have the rights to write inside F:\Ctupdate?
