Updates Issue w/ KB3039929

Has anyone seen this issue?
I have to remove KB3039929 from the Win 7 Client / 2008 R2 Server for updates to run; otherwise, I get a "Nothing to do!" message. If I remove the KB security update then the updates run with several updates (include OS, Office, .NET). Any clues to address this issue.

I cannot find any information about this update. Microsoft does not provide a corresponding Knowledge Base entry. Could you give us a hint, what this update is about or lead us to appropriate information?

I wasn't able to find it in the Update Catalog nor in the download center nor in my update archive (containing all patches released for Windows 7 x86). Where did you get it from?
