WOUTempAdmin wont login

[Killerbob]

I have tried to run WSUSOU on a dell and hp laptop and it always gets stuck at the login screen when I login to my admin account it continues the updates but that makes the auto reboot useless as every time It reboots I had to manually login to continue the updates. It works perfectly fine on a lenovo laptop.

I had the same issue today with a Dell OptiPlex 3020 MT on Windows 7 Professional x64 using WSUS Offline v9.6: the computer auto rebooted but couldn't auto log in with WOUTempAdmin.

No special settings but the computer that I had the issue with was integrated in a Windows Active Directory domain. I tried with another computer that wasn't in a domain and the auto reboot/login with WOUTempAdmin did work. Therefore, I believe your software doesn't support this function on a computer integrated in an AD domain. I don't know how complicated it would be to add this feature, but it would be nice

I have the same problem with almost all Dell computers.
At the moment it does not work with a Latitude E6440 wich i just put out of the box.
I did not change anything after the configuration. My first step was to run WSUSOffline and i run into that issue.

Which user did you user did you use to run wsusou [built-in administrator, administrator, elevated normal user]?
Does the user, you used to run wsusou have a password?
Any AV software installed?
