WSUS working with TRUE posready 2009 system?

Hi,
I wonder if it's possible to use this software with TRUE posready 2009 system connected to internet. It's not the hack that allows XP to be updated with posready updates, it's the original posready 2009. When I saw the 9.2 version, XP is available, but I never saw a Posready option. If I choose XP, how is it going to behave??? It is going to download pre April 2014 updates for XP only?
I'd like to get new and latest updates (I can do it manually, true) for posready, but I don't know if this software can do it, if it's not confusing... any advice very well appreciated. Thank you very much.
