Software Installation Question

Hi guys,

With regards to this topic: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3611

It states that "WSUS Offline Update" will support installation of up to 22 MSI packages and custom software installation".

When adding any MSI package, it gets displayed under the Software packages, but it doesn't allow for any other custom software to be installed (like a package made as .exe). Is there a workaround for this, or do you guys ONLY support MSI?

You put the custom software's call into the mentioned script (silent, unattended installations, most installation routines have parameter support). Looks like for non-MSI packages there's no choice in the GUI, they will be installed if present.
