The sizes of the files are between 0,5 and about 10 MB.
Assuming, that every file has 10 MB (biggest file), you would have downloaded about 1.6 GB (10 MB/file * 164 files).
More realistic: 1 MB per file, and 20 files with 10 MB as size: 354 MB
Regarding the GBs, I do not discuss the log.
I know only that in the morning the network counter in the firewall reported 800MB, while the afternoon reported almost 24GB.
I pay for the traffic consumed and therefore keep an eye on the bandwidth used.
This value also seems strange to me since I had used WSUSOS a couple of months ago.
The fact remains that I've an ADSL of 20MB, there was no one here with me and I just did only the upgrade of WSUSOU.
How do you explain almost 8 hours of work?
The time is in the log, too.
Another thing.
I use IPCop Firewall with Update Accelerator and I used WSUSOU with proxy reference.
Now in the Upd.Acc.'s statistic i see 2148 Windows files with 20.489.375.733 bytes downloaded. These value were 0 in the morning!
