Sorry, I can't reproduce the lack of updates.

KB2830477, KB2857650, KB2913751 should be downloaded since WSUSOU v9.1:

Please open a command prompt and enter the following commands:

dir /b /s > %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\wsusou_list.txt


Then post the content of the file "wsusou_list.txt" on your desktop.
