Can I Download Updates for Two Products at Same Time?

Hello, am hoping someone can help answer this question, I've searched for answer but haven't found yet. Is there any problem with downloading updates for several products at a time (e.g., Office 2007 and Windows XP)? I use the "USB Medium" option and in the past I've always made sure to have a separate directory for each product, and to only run the software for one product at a time, each time specifying the correct directory for the product, but this is kind of a pain.

Thus, I'm wondering if there would be a problem with just running the software for multiple products at once, and in the same directory? By "problems" I mean is there a risk that one product's updates would somehow "conflict" or overwrite files for another product, or does the software prevent this?

As wsusou copies its files to %temp% without renaming them, it is not possible to start more than one download progress at the same time.

What you can do, is using one copy of wsusou for multiple products. Just select more than one product in UpdateGenerator and it will download them one by one. Then you don't have to manage two or more repositories.

Ah ok, my concern was not with being able to download more than one product's updates at the same time, but rather whether there was a problem using only one directory for multiple updates. From what you say, there is no such problem, so thanks for the info.

Later, I Mean after download and install updates, Can I run wsusoffline to download new updates? In this case wsusoffline download new Updates only or Redownload All of them?

It will just download new updates.
