Thumb drive download

Hi everyone
Can you help? I downloaded wsus offline, downloaded and created iso files and used them to update a customers pc. Now I would like to put them on a thumb drive instead of using disks. Would someone point me to the solution on the forums? After I burn the iso's to disk or to thumb drive do i delete the iso's?
I'm confused.

Unselect ISO creation in the downloader GUI. Then enable the ''Copy updates for selected products into directory'' option below and select a target directory on your USB drive.

Or simply copy all content of the WOU client subfolder into a folder on your thumbdrive
