CreateIsoImage.sh excludes the dotnet 4.0 files.

CreateIsoImage.sh excludes the dotnet 4.0 files.

I am running wsusoffline on a machine running Linux Mint to download the updates. The updates I was downloading is for Windows XP x86 enu including the dotnet, wmp, ie and directx updates. The DownloadUpdates.sh file has downloaded all the updates including dotnet 4.0. When creating ISO image of it, the CreateIsoImage.sh is excluding the dotnet 4.0 updates. It will be nice if you can fix this.

You did specify the /dotnet switch, did you?

Yes, I did. Its including dotnet 3.5 files in the iso, but not the dotnet 4.0 ones.

From what I see in the .sh file, ''glb'' is not considered.

Can I do something to fix it. I am kind of new to shell scripting. Right now I am generating the iso myself from the client folder ( as it only contains the XP related updates).

By the way, whats the meaning of "GT"

Greetings, Torsten. (the name of the author)

The Linux shell scripts are maintained by a third party, not by the author himself. I, myself, are on the same or even on a lower level concerning shell scripting, so I'm unable to help.

The thing I can confirm is that the dotnet folder in iso is not containing any file related to dotnet 4.0

What version of WSUSOU do you use? If you use the released 6.9 (=build #270), that may be your problem. We had a fix in build #273, full quote follows:
- Fix: ISO and USB filters for x86 platforms erroneously excluded .NET Framework 4 installation packages (Thanks to "boco")

As the shell scripts use the Exclude filters, this could explain at least the missing .NET installer.

If I'm correct, try the latest trunk build: http://trac.wsusoffline.net/browser/trunk
