Can't install updates

Anyway reading https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2872074 I realized that IE11 installation shouldn't be the cause, but other missing updates..

These are the missing updates reported by WU (and WUMT, etc.. too):

Well, I can't install both the two groups of missing updates (the first, WU one, and the second, IE11 required ones). So I deduce that the origin of the problems is that I can't install these updates, no one of them!

If I try to install the first group through WU (or WSUSOU) they seem to be installed but after Windows restart they re-appear (because of failure installation/finalization during Windows restart?).

If I try to install the second group manually, for each one I get the same error message that says it's not possible to install.. why??

Is there a way to investigate why I can't install updates?

Clear the content of C:\Windows\Logs\DISM, run wsusou until the first update gets installed, cancel the process, wait two minutes and reboot. Then upload the dism.log (path above) somewhere and post a link to it here.

I did what you asked: removed C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log, launched UpdateInstaller.exe and breaked after 1st installation. After Windows restart I can't see any new file in C:\Windows\Logs\DISM, no one! :O

The log says, that the updates were applied successfully. At least these ones. Does WU/wsusou still report them?

One last idea:
Please retry the same with C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log.

Cleaned DISM, CBS, WU log.

Launched WSUS updater and breaked after the 1st installation.
