Windows 10 WOUTempAccount Deletion

Is there a .cmd script to remove the WOUTempAdmin user account (admin account and the custom power configuration) from a Windows 10 PC? I used the WSUS software to get Windows 7 updates before I installed Windows 10. I then deleted the WOUTempAdmin account using my PC's admin account and that appeared to remove the WOUTempAdmin account and all of the files associated with it.

After completing the Windows 10 install the WOUTempAdmin booted up as the default account. Is there a script to remove this account from the PC. Or a registry modification?

Log in to your normal account and run .\client\cmd\CleanupRecall.cmd with admistrative rights. This should clean up the auto-logon.
