Medium does not support Microsoft Windows (w61 x64 enu)

So everything was working then it started failing on updates so I ended up deleteing the directory, then redownloaded the program files zip and extracted to a clean directory and then ran the update generator, which ran and downloaded the updates. Went to the client directory and launched UpdateInstaller.exe but getting this message again and the updates will not install. Why does this happen and what can I do to fix it>? Changing the .ini file doesn't fix it. For a while yesterday it was giving an error saying it couldnt identify the Windows version, pretty much just after it stated the correct system properties in the lines before. So a little confused about what is going on.

Did you select "x64-glb" for Windows 7 (w61) in UpdateGenerator while downloading the updates?
