Injecting hotfixes to Offline Updater

Hello everyone,

is there any way how to inject any hotfix (*.msp, *.msu or *.cab) file into offline updater after it has created it's repository?
I'm specifically interested in W2K8 R2 enterprise hotfix rollup and it's three subsequent hotfixes:

Please read the FAQ, especially the "How can I install additional patches" part. Also note that you need to maintain those additional patches yourself, as they cannot be determined dynamically (or they would, already).
