Can I bypass "List Missing IDs"?

My Windows Update became corrupted and after weeks of trying everything I would like to compel this tool to attempt to install every update it downloaded via UpdateGenerator. The System Update Readiness tool installs a Hotifx which shows up as the only Update installed, so there may be some hope here if I can get it to work thru the process. So, can the script be edited to install everything?

Just open UpdateInstaller.ini and set "all" to "Enabled".

Your Windows Update Agent may be fixed by installing .\wsus\WindowsUpdateAgent-3.0-x86/x64.exe and the parameter "/wuforce".

This doesn't bypass the step. Script still runs this step.

I guess it still has to build the list of updates to install. The INI-entry just controls what's being put into that list (everything).
