Dowload halted or failed for office 2013 updates

Hi, what could be the problem?
download hangs at update 13, it has been over 2 hours and there is no change it just stays there with no error message....

At first please retry, maybe there is a problem with MS servers.
If it does not help:
Is there a process called "wget.exe" or "aria2c-x??.exe"?

Aker. I tried many times since yesterday just in case the server was down temporatily, yet still same results, as for the processes must they be active during dowload ??

While downloading (don't cancel it), there should be a file "%temp%\ValidDynamicLinks-o2k13-glb.txt" or "%temp%\ValidStaticLinks-o2k13-glb.txt".
Please post its content.
