Hi,

Windows 10, build 10240.1 = 1507 = TH1 = Windows Enterprise LTSB 2015
Windows 10, build 10586.1 = 1511 = TH2
Windows 10, build 14393.1 = 1607 = RS1 = Windows Enterprise LTSB 2016 = Windows Server LTSB 2016
Windows 10, build 15063.1 = 1703 = RS2
Windows 10, build 16299.15 = 1709 = RS3
Windows 10, build 17134.1 = 1803 = RS4
Windows 10, build 17763.17 = 1809 = RS5 = Windows Enterprise LTSC 2019 = Windows Server LTSC 2019 (Neurelease, auch 17763.107)
Windows 10, build 18362.30 = 1903 = 19H1 "May Update"

Insider:
Windows 10, builds ?????.1000 = 1909 = 19H2
Windows 10, build 189xx.1000 = 2003 = 20H1 (zurzeit 18917.1000)

So does that mean there will not be a separate Windows 2019 selection in the Generator? Or will there be a way to use the 2016 area to generate patches that will work for 2019?

There is no need for that, as the patches for Windows 10 1809 x64 are 100% identical to Server 2019. Additionally, Server 2019 is LTS Channel, it will always use Windows 10 1809 patches.

Of course, an interesting idea - Server 2019 ISO that only includes 1809 x64 patches. No need for a separate download option, an ISO / USB filter option would be enough. Could be made the same for Server 2016.

ISO Server 2019/1809 LTSC / ISO Server 2016 / 1607 LTSB

Ok, just so I'm clear then... I could use the currently available download to generate the Server 2016 patches and the run that on my Server 2019 and it would not fail any checks? (Or am I using the Windows 10 files?) SORRY... not too knowledgeable about the build paths, etc. and appreciate your help in understanding this!
