Missing security updates that aren't classified as security

I just started a topic in the Download forum about two updates I am trying to integrate in my WSUSOffline builds (see thread Can I cache downloaded updates?). Those two updates are:

KB2506014 - An issue has been identified that could allow a user with administrative permissions to load an unsigned driver.
KB2718704 - Unauthorized digital certificates could allow spoofing.

My question is why, WHY are these two updates not listed as security related by Microsoft? The second one I remember was some type of mitigation for the Flame malware. Does anyone know of any other security updates that MS does not list as security related? That would really help. I have systems I am testing that are connected to the internet but cannot connect to windows update.

Thanks

Hi!

If you still miss those patches, you may add custum static definitions for them.

Thanks I ended up doing that. I think it's weird Microsoft doesn't classify those updates as security.
