I created the latest download for wsusoffline69 - Latest supporting OfficeXP - for ENU NLD FRA

I encountered the following problems :

- mkisofs.exe is missing in the BIN directory (I copied the actual one)
- in Static\StaticDownloadLinks-sysinternals.txt :

http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/Sigcheck.zip modified into http://download.sysinternals.com/files/Sigcheck.zip
http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/Streams.zip modified into http://download.sysinternals.com/files/Streams.zip

- in the log I see the following :
