Tutorial for monthly static/exclusion possible?

First, let me say that this is not about the Windows 7 / 8.x Cumulative vs. Seconly additions. They are easy to spot and update in the txt files.

My question is about the f*cking mess MS calls Dotnet update packs.

I have pages listing the Windows packs (CU and Seconly) in reverse-chronological order. Are there such lists for Dotnet?
