Corution of File handling
sometimes the wusus offline folder downloads or sigs go bad

would be nice to re-verify or eject/delete the file and re-download file ....

currently the system stalls and errors out would be nice to select options to re-download and delete corrupted files or obsolete files. or archive XP or ye OLDEN legacy files, etc.

If files are downloaded improperly, they are thrown out after the download completes (signature check). It only errors out if the files got corrupted between download runs, by an external source. If that really happens for you you should be worried. I would, files that corrupt over time are a bad sign and hint to a hardware defect (mostly HDD and/or Memory).
