broken download urls for syteminternals

this is actually a bug, not at suggestion ;-)

working:
http://live.sysinternals.com/Files/Autologon.zip

i changed the file static/StaticDownloadLinks-sysinternals.txt and the the startup error was gone.

oh great, I "love" to create duplicates

and I am pretty sure that these were "invisible" when creating this issue :-/
