Hi!

I would like to run CopyToTarget.cmd from a read-only share.
Currently, it fails when trying to create a filter in ".." directory.

Why not to use the system Temp to place the filter like it is done now in CreateISOImage.cmd, or let the user choose it with an environment variable, like it is done now for the DOWNLOAD_LOGFILE ?
