Hello, I used your software to:
1) Download and install win 10 1903 (on my 1st computer)
2) Create update installer of the same version on my flash drive (for 2nd computer)

On my 1st computer I went trought instalation without any problems, but when I tried to install the generated copy to my flash drive on my 2nd computer, I was prompted with error, wich told me that "Medium neither supports your windows nor your office version"

Both computers are absolutely same with Windows 1511

PS: I read that this version is not supported by your software, but then it does not make sense why would one PC updated successfuly and the second did not

Do you have any advices ?

Could I see logs for both computers (please add a note, which logs is from which computer)?
Logfile is saved under C:\Windows\wsusofflineupdate.log.

It currently sounds like, you have one computer running Windows 10 1903 (aka 19H1 or 18362) and the other one the old Windows 10 1511 (aka TH2 or 10586).
The first computer is running a current and supported (from MS' and wsusou's side), while the second one doesn't (MS stopped support for it a long time ago).

As soon as I saw the logs I can tell you more.

WOU can be used to keep supported (by MS) Windows 10 builds current. It does not make much sense for online systems, as they download and install updates automatically.

WOU can NOT be used for Feature-Updates (aka full OS build upgrades). The only exception might be the pseudo-upgrade from 19H1 to 19H2, as that's a fake upgrade, 19H2 is 19H1 with a few additional features enabled.
