Vista with autoreboot requires multiple runs to update IE

Running latest ESR with autorebootson Vista will update IE but not to the latest version nor is it something that can be checked on the first run. Option will be available to check once relaunching the first run+autoreboots completes.

Could you provide a log file (C:\Windows\wsusofflineupdate.log)?
