Bitte weiter oben im CMD-Fenster schauen. Dort ist mit Sicherheit irgendwo ein Fehler 404 von wget zu sehen. Möglicherweise musst du den Fensterpuffer vergrößern, um den Fehler sehen zu können. Rechtsklick auf den Fenstertitel > Eigenschaften > Register Layout.
