I'd like to ask if there is any way to download through WSUS Offline Update v9.2.4 the Windows Embedded POSReady 2009 updates? I'm asking, because as you know, there is a registry tweak in Windows XP that enables the downloading of POSReady updates...

Possible, sure. But not intended.
wsusou will not work on all embedded-configurations, that's why it never was supported officially. (This includes the POSReady-Hack.)
