Under Windows 7 x64, WSUSOU is not downloading or installing KB4048957. Windows Update is constantly nagging about it.

Is this OK? Should I just hide it in Windows Update?

Yes.

Well, since KB4048957 is a Monthly Rollup it won't be installed when you tell WSUS Offline to install Security-Only packages.
