This tool is awesome when I use it on client computers.

Is there any way to be used from Group Policy Object in AD? If yes can we see some tutorial?

The probably most common way to use WSUS Offline in a domain environment is from a network share. You can use wsusoffline\client\Update.cmd to start the installation of updates on your clients. I don't know how to integrate a CMD script in a GPO, though I'm sure you can figure this out yourself; I'm quite sure there's some way to launch user-defined scripts.
