but not
Update for Windows 7 (KB3184143) Error details: Code 80004004
or
Update for Windows 7 (KB3177467) Error details: Code 80010108

Moveover, when I try to reboot, it starts configuring and then stays at 30%

There's something really wrong with your system. Try the Windows Update Troubleshooter (download and then double-click on it).
