I am unable to start WSUS for the first time (Win 7 Ultimate x64) as have error message: ' The script path must not be more than 192 characters long and must not contain any of the following characters: !%&()^+,;= '. Any suggestions what this means ?

Well, the message says it all, doesn't it? Put WSUS Offline in a path shorter than 192 characters that doesn't contain any "forbidden" characters mentioned in the message.
