Hello.

I have just ran WSUS Offline on a freshly formatted W10 Anniversary Update PC [starting build 14393.0] and it went to build 14393.693.

To my surprise, after running Windows Update to fetch video driver, it downloaded and installed KB3213986 again.

What gives? Any ideas?

WSUS Offline installation was done on January 11th.

Did Microsoft change KB3213986 after that?

No, KB3213986 requirers the servicingstack update dated sep. 16. I don't know the KB number.

probably need at least KB3176936 - I don't think there was a servicing stack update released in September 2016 for Windows 10 build 14393.x.
