hey all, new to the forums

i downloaded WSUS after windows failed to find and apply updates via "windows update". however WSUS found the updates successfully but hung on trying to apply the first update. i read on a post that a possible fix would be to force restart and run WSUS installer again. after i did this, WSUS installed the update, but would only install 1 update at a time and would tell me to restart the machine and run WSUS after restart.

i did this for 3-4 updates and got impatient and wondered if i could use windows update to mass install them all. this worked and i installed ~200 updates via windows update. however in the beginning, WSUS downloaded a bunch of updates in preparation to be installed, do i / can i delete the files now that the updates are installed by windows update? i want to recover the potential disk space

thanks !

If you do not intend to use WSUSOU again, you can delete it.

All updates are in the .\client subdirectory, separated by OS.
