This update is running endlessly because 'wuauserv" service is in state 'running'. I stop it and then the update finishes.

You just cancelled the installation. Please set Windows Update to never search for updates and reboot before starting wsusou. This should prevent this behaviour.
Wer Rechtschreibfehler findet, darf sie behalten oder an den Meistbietenden versteigern. / Everybody finding a misspelling is allowed to keep or sell it.
