How can we perform the installation of the windows updates downloaded by WSUS using the update installer.exe if the check boxes are grey and we cannot select them. I have read that perhaps the updates we're already installed but this is not my case since Microsoft still offers the same updates to install even after starting my system anew the next day after using WSUS offline downloader?

Could you post a screenshot of UpdateInstaller, a list of the folders inside the client-directory and the las part of C:\Windows\wsusofflineupdate.log
