Win 7 x64 offline, kb3135996 will not install with WSUSoffline
I ran Microsoft's MBSA with the wsusscn2 file and it shows it is missing along with a WU installed updates search.

I am required to use .Net 4.5.2. I have ndp45- removed from the \exclude\ExcludeList-dotnet-x64.txt so updates will download.
It is downloaded in the \client\dotnet\x64-glb (ndp45-kb3135996-v2-x64_b2b8a2ae694ab155848edf9ab41c3fb0a67a481d)
All of the other 4.5.2 updates installed correctly with wsusou but I get this- Warning: Update kb3035490 (id: 922de694-c7e6-42ac-8738-95f5a8e2390e) not found.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3135996 has this listed has a MAY 2016 re-release for "limited distribution release".
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=51476 has the download file time stamped 8-12-16

I checked a different workstation connected to the internet with WU auto updates on and the kb3135996-v2 installed 8-12-16.

Why isn't wsusou installing kb3135996 ?

I tried to get wsusou to install the kb3135996 on several other win 7 workstations that are offline and wsusou says "nothing to do".
Is there something in the client folder I need to adjust?

To add a specific Windows 7 update, please add its KB number to .\client\static\custom\StaticUpdateIds-w61.txt (create this file, if it does not exist).
