What happened to the Windows 7 Service Pack?

I just installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 Professional SP1. WINVER shows Version 6.1 (Build 7601 Service Pack 1). I then ran the latest version of WSUSOffline to download and install "all" the W7 updates. I then ran Windows Update to see what WSUSOffline missed. To my dismay and confusion, WU shows the following "important updates" pending: KB2798162, KB2868116, KB2929733, KB976932, KB2685811, as well as 65 "optional updates". But KB976932 is the Windows 7 Service Pack 1, and "windows6.1-KB976932-x86.exe" is present in \WSUSOFFLINE\Client\w61\glb! So, how did it get uninstalled?
Secondly, can I include (some of) these 70 updates in WSUSOffline, for future use, or do I have to maintain a separate update folder and update procedure for them?

MS changed the specification of SP1. wsusouffline does fix this, but just, if it installs SP1 itself.
To remove SP1 from the update list, you may just install it (it will just update the servicing stack) or install KB2533552.
